Privacy policy

yawadrama.com is run by YawaDrama Studios. This page explains what information we collect when you visit, why, and what you can do about it. We follow Nigeria's Data Protection Act 2023, Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Canada's anti-spam law (CASL).
What we collect
- Visit statistics. We count visits, pages viewed, rough location (country), browser and device type. This uses no cookies, doesn't track you across other websites and doesn't tell us who you are.
- Emails you send us. If you write to hello@ or partners@yawadrama.com, we keep your email address and message so we can reply.
This site has no sign-up form, no login, no advertising and no tracking cookies. We don't sell or rent personal information to anyone.
Other platforms
Our buttons link to TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, X and WhatsApp. When you follow us or comment there, that platform's own privacy policy applies, not this one.
Who handles it
We use trusted service providers to host this site, count visits and handle our email. They only process information for us, and their servers may be outside your country, including in the United States.
How long we keep it
Visit statistics are kept only in summary form. We keep emails for as long as we need them to deal with your message, and delete them when they're no longer needed, unless the law requires us to keep them.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or withdraw your consent. Email hello@yawadrama.com and we'll reply within 30 days. If you're not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Children
YawaDrama is made for adults and teenagers. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, for example when we add an email sign-up, we'll update this page and the date above first.
